• Current Ratings: Available in standard industrial sizes including 125A, 250A, 400A, and 630A.
• Material Options:
  • DMC (Dough Moulding Compound): High-grade, non-inflammable, and non-hygroscopic material for superior insulation.
  • Bakelite: A classic choice for high-strength electrical insulation, often used in the SDV-OB-400 (400A) model.
• Contact Material: Features silver-plated electrolytic copper contacts to ensure low power loss and minimal temperature rise.
• Compatibility: Designed to accommodate standard DIN fuse link sizes such as Size 00, 0, 1, 2, and 3.
• Compliance: Conforms to Indian and International standards IS: 13703 and IEC: 60269.

• Breaking Capacity: Rated for a short-circuit breaking capacity of 80kA at 415/500V AC.
• Usage: Primarily used in industrial feeder pillars, control panels, and motor starter backup protection.
• Installation: Open execution allows for easy inspection and maintenance of the fuse links in ventilated enclosures. 

For smaller current requirements (under 125A), Surdhi also offers the SDV Close Type (fuse carriers), which are fully enclosed for safer handling at lower amperages.
